Plus, these beauties are a product of the Kadam-Haat collective, made with the support of the Government and World Bank in Ganderbal, Kashmir. These special wall plates are made using willow wicker, which is only grown in Kashmir in India - but don't worry, they're sturdy enough for both indoor and outdoor use!

Exchanges are accepted within 15 days of delivery under the following conditions:

• The wrong size, colour, or model was delivered
• An incorrect product was delivered
• The product was damaged during transit

Important Exchange Conditions:

• If the newly selected product is of a higher value, the customer must pay the price difference
• A reverse pickup charge will be applicable
• The minimum reverse pickup cost is ₹300
• This may vary depending on the package weight and dimensions

 

Exchange Exclusions

We cannot accept exchanges if:

• The product is custom-made, customised, personalised, or available only for a limited time
• The product was purchased during a sale or discount
• The product has been used, washed, or altered
• An exchange has already been processed for the same order
