Return Policy

At Kadam Haat, every product is handcrafted by skilled artisans. Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in colour, texture, finish, size, and appearance are natural characteristics and not defects.

No Returns Accepted

Kadam Haat does not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been delivered.

If you believe you have received an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@kadamhaat.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging

  • A description of the issue

All requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis by our customer support team.

Resolution Process

Upon review, if the issue is found to be genuine and eligible under our policies, Kadam Haat may, at its sole discretion, offer:

  • A replacement of the same product, or

  • An exchange in accordance with our Exchange Policy

Refunds and returns are not offered under any circumstances.

Non-Eligible Claims

Requests will not be considered for:

  • Natural variations inherent to handmade products

  • Minor colour differences due to screen settings or photography

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery

  • Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery

Kadam Haat reserves the right to determine the eligibility of any claim and the appropriate resolution.

 

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

Exchanges are accepted if:

  • The wrong size, colour, or model was delivered

  • An incorrect product was delivered

  • The product was damaged during transit

Important Exchange Conditions:

  • If the newly selected product is of a higher value, the customer must pay the price difference

  • A reverse pickup charge will be applicable

  • The minimum reverse pickup cost is ₹300

  • This may vary depending on the package weight and dimensions

 

Exchange Exclusions

We cannot accept exchanges if:

  • The product is custom-made, customised, personalised, or available only for a limited time

  • The product was purchased during a sale or discount

  • The product has been used, washed, or altered

  • An exchange has already been processed for the same order

The product was purchased as part of a combo (only complete combo exchanges may be considered, subject to approval)
