This Sikki Snack Jar with a wooden knob is made by the women of Madhubani through the process of coiling the grass after it is dyed with our highest quality REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals)-certified dyes which are 100% environment friendly. Made in over three days of handcrafting processes, this Sikki Set comes with an enchanting folklore of the unique relationship of artisans with nature. Before harvesting the grass in the rainy season, the sikki grass farmers perform a ritualistic prayer to Naag Devta (the Snake God) to ensure a bountiful harvest and protection against any mishaps or accidents while working in the fields.

1- Eligibility for Refunds

We do not provide any kind of returns, we only have exchange/replacement policy.

We offer refunds for items that are received by the customer in damaged or defective condition. Refunds are not provided for other reasons such as changes of mind, incorrect sizing, or preferences or delays by the courier partner. Products that are discounted will not be eligible for refunds unless received in a damaged or defective condition.

2- Damage or Defect Reporting

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please follow these steps:

• Contact our customer service team within 15 days of receiving the item.
• Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photographs that clearly show the damage or defect.
•  Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.
• The exchange/replacement order will be delivered within 7-10 days, subject to stock availability.

3- Refund Options

Upon receiving the returned damaged or defective item or reviewing the provided photographs, we will assess the issue. Depending on the circumstances, we offer the following options:

• Full Refund: If the item is confirmed to be damaged or defective, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.
• Replacement: If a replacement item is available, we may offer to send you a new item at no additional cost.

4- Timeframe for Refunds
Refunds will be credited within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned damaged or defective item or assess the provided photographs.

5- Exclusions
