Handmade Sabai Grass Towel Basket- Combo/Black

KADAM-HAAT creations are crafted by hand with the environment in mind. This delightful basket is made of Sabaii grass, a perennial originating in West Bengal & Orissa Mayurbhanj. Naturally dandy!

We work directly with the craftswomen of the region supporting rural communities self-sustain themselves during the non-farming season also. About 60 households are working only in Sabai grass now, making ends meet through this project. The women crafts group undergo training now and then learning various advanced skills as new groups emerge with more basic training and thus more self-employ ability. Sabaii Grass locally called Babuii grass is a very sturdy material and used to be used by the British Army in India for pulling their artillery, such is its strength.

Refund Policy

At Kadam Haat, we are committed to providing you with high-quality products. Our refund policy is designed to ensure your satisfaction and provide a hassle-free experience when dealing with damaged or defective items. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1- Eligibility for Refunds

We do not provide any kind of returns, we only have exchange/replacement policy.

We offer refunds for items that are received by the customer in damaged or defective condition. Refunds are not provided for other reasons such as changes of mind, incorrect sizing, or preferences or delays by the courier partner. Products that are discounted will not be eligible for refunds unless received in a damaged or defective condition.

2- Damage or Defect Reporting

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please follow these steps:

• Contact our customer service team within 15 days of receiving the item.
• Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photographs that clearly show the damage or defect.
•  Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.
• The exchange/replacement order will be delivered within 7-10 days, subject to stock availability.

3- Refund Options

Upon receiving the returned damaged or defective item or reviewing the provided photographs, we will assess the issue. Depending on the circumstances, we offer the following options:

• Full Refund: If the item is confirmed to be damaged or defective, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.
• Replacement: If a replacement item is available, we may offer to send you a new item at no additional cost.

4- Timeframe for Refunds
Refunds will be credited within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned damaged or defective item or assess the provided photographs.

5- Exclusions
This refund policy applies only to cases of damage or defects. We do not provide refunds for any other reason, including but not limited to changes of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preferences. Products that are discounted are not eligible for a refund.
