Craftsmanship & Process
Each tray begins as bamboo — the fastest-growing timber grass in the world. The stems are hand-cut, split into fine slivers, and dip-dyed using lead-free and AZO-free dyes. The slivers are boiled in earthen pots for hours, ensuring deep, lasting color while keeping the process completely safe and natural. Every piece is then handwoven by rural women and youth artisans of Purba Medinipur, West Bengal, preserving traditional weaving skills and supporting sustainable livelihoods.

Exchanges are accepted within 15 days of delivery under the following conditions:

• The wrong size, colour, or model was delivered
• An incorrect product was delivered
• The product was damaged during transit

Important Exchange Conditions:

• If the newly selected product is of a higher value, the customer must pay the price difference
• A reverse pickup charge will be applicable
• The minimum reverse pickup cost is ₹300
• This may vary depending on the package weight and dimensions

Exchange Exclusions

We cannot accept exchanges if:

• The product is custom-made, customised, personalised, or available only for a limited time
• The product was purchased during a sale or discount
• The product has been used, washed, or altered
• An exchange has already been processed for the same order
