Coconut shells are purchased from a local market, creating an eco-friendly ecosystem that employs coconut pickers, sellers, and artisans. The craftgroup is based in East Medinapur, West Bengal.

Exchanges are accepted within 15 days of delivery under the following conditions:

Exchanges are accepted if:

• The wrong size, colour, or model was delivered
• An incorrect product was delivered
• The product was damaged during transit

Important Exchange Conditions:

• If the newly selected product is of a higher value, the customer must pay the price difference
• A reverse pickup charge will be applicable
• The minimum reverse pickup cost is ₹300
• This may vary depending on the package weight and dimensions

Exchange Exclusions

We cannot accept exchanges if:

• The product is custom-made, customised, personalised, or available only for a limited time
• The product was purchased during a sale or discount
• The product has been used, washed, or altered
• An exchange has already been processed for the same order
