Exchanges are accepted within 15 days of delivery under the following conditions:

- The wrong size, colour, or model was delivered
- An incorrect product was delivered
- The product was damaged during transit
Important Exchange Conditions:
- If the newly selected product is of a higher value, the customer must pay the price difference
- A reverse pickup charge will be applicable
- The minimum reverse pickup cost is ₹300
- This may vary depending on the package weight and dimensions
Exchange Exclusions
We cannot accept exchanges if:

- The product was purchased during a sale or discount
- The product has been used, washed, or altered
- An exchange has already been processed for the same order
